This page makes clear which designs may be sold on this site and which may not. The full rules for designers are in the Designer Guidelines and the Designer Terms.
1. Strictly prohibited
- Identity/certificate templates: templates of NIDs, passports, birth registration certificates, driving licenses, educational certificates or any similar document (risk of forgery).
- Election posters. Posters are banned under Election Commission rules, so they will not be sold on this site.
- Pirated or stolen material: cracked software, ripped fonts, stolen artwork.
- Hateful, violent or obscene content.
- Content that is defamatory or hurts religious sentiments.
- Misleading logos and impersonation: designs that pose as a bank, a mobile wallet or a government agency to deceive buyers.
- Designs that imitate currency, stamps, government seals or signatures.
- Trademarked logos used without permission.
- Copying someone else's copyrighted work, or uploading it with minor changes.
2. Allowed (within the law)
Election banners, festoons, handbills/leaflets and social media post designs may be sold, but they must comply with the law and Election Commission rules (including size and other limits). Designs for political parties must not impersonate or defame anyone, and must not suggest that we support any party. The buyer is responsible for how they are used.
3. AI-generated content
If the main elements of a design were made with AI, this must be stated clearly in the description. AI content must not infringe anyone else's rights.
4. Designer's declaration
With every upload, the designer confirms that the design is their own work or that they hold a valid license to sell it, and that the licenses for the fonts, images and mockups used are also valid. Proof must be shown on request.
5. If the rules are broken
- The design will be removed; once an identity card/NID template or copied work has been rejected, it cannot be submitted again.
- A strike, a payout suspension or an account suspension may follow; in serious cases, forfeiture of the wallet balance. See Copy policy & strikes.
