Design Dokan ([business name], trade license no. [number], DBID [number], address [address]) is an online marketplace where independent designers sell Bangla print-design files. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
What we do
We are a platform between sellers and buyers. The designs are made by independent designers. We check every design before it is published, usually within 24–48 hours, but we cannot guarantee print results (color, size, paper, machine). Making sure the rights to a design are held is the responsibility of the designer concerned.
Accounts
- You sign in with a Bangladeshi mobile number (01XXXXXXXXX) and a password (at least 8 characters). Account types: buyer, designer, admin.
- Each person should keep one account. Sharing an account with anyone else is not allowed.
- Keeping your password secret is your responsibility. You are generally responsible for anything done from your account.
- A designer's phone number and store URL are locked and cannot be changed without admin approval. Buyers can change their own phone number by entering their current password.
- The service is for people aged 18 or over. Younger people may use it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Acceptable use
Hacking, scraping, overloading the site, automated bulk downloading, using someone else's identity and fraud are not allowed on the site. The detailed rules are in the Community Guidelines.
Purchased files and license
Buying a file does not mean buying ownership of the file; you get the right to use it under the Print-Shop License. Any use beyond the license, and reselling or sharing the file, is prohibited. Every download is logged, and each file carries an invisible mark identifying the buyer.
Wallet and payments
Buyers pay with their wallet balance. Deposits are verified by hand, so there is no guarantee that they will be instant. Details: Wallet & Payment Policy. Refunds: Refund Policy.
Prohibited content
Selling or uploading NID/ID card templates, pirated or stolen work, or illegal or harmful content is prohibited. See the Content Policy. Copyright complaints: Copyright Complaints.
Designers

Suspension and closure
If you break the rules, we may warn you, issue a strike, remove designs, or suspend or close your account. A suspended account is logged out and its downloads are blocked. For serious violations such as copyright theft or ID templates, the account may be closed and the money in the wallet forfeited under the strike policy. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law: we accept no liability for indirect losses caused by print results, a designer's work, the site being temporarily unavailable, or delays in verifying payments. In no case will our liability exceed the price you paid for the order concerned. This does not affect your legal rights (such as your consumer rights).
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, they will be published on this page with a new version number and date. If you keep using the site after a change, you will be treated as having accepted the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We will first try to settle any complaint through our own process (Complaints & Appeals); if that fails, the competent courts of Bangladesh will have jurisdiction.
