Follow these guidelines and your designs get approved faster. To upload, go to: Upload a new design. For the terms, see the Designer Terms.
1. Title and description
- An English title is required. It becomes the design's permanent URL and cannot be changed later, so think before you write it.
- Give a Bangla title and a Bangla description that describe the design accurately.
- Keyword stuffing is not allowed.
- Phone numbers, links, emails, social media IDs or "contact me" text may not be put in titles, descriptions, tags or your profile. They are blocked automatically; contact happens only inside the platform.
- If the main elements were made with AI, you must say so in the description (Content Policy).
2. Details and tags
- Fill in all of these accurately: category, price, print size (mm), color mode (CMYK/RGB), software and version, and whether fonts are included.
- Add 5–10 specific tags (in Bangla, Banglish or English). Maximum 10; each 2–30 characters.
- The price must be between ৳0 (free) and ৳5,000. Free designs earn nothing.
3. Source files
- Accepted formats: PSD, AI, CDR, EPS, PLP, PDF, SVG. Each file up to 100MB.
- The file must open correctly in the software you state.
- Layers must be organized and named; text must stay editable.
- Bangla fonts: either include them with the file or convert them to outlines. If the description says "fonts included", the fonts must be included.
- Test PLP files in PixelLab and state which version you tested them in.
4. Preview images
- One cover image and up to 7 gallery images, 8 in total.
- Images must be PNG, JPG or WebP; original images up to 8MB.
- Previews may carry a Design Dokan watermark, added automatically in the browser, and are shown at 1200px. You do not need to add a watermark yourself.
- Previews must match the actual design; misleading images are not allowed.
5. Originality and rights
- Every design, font, image and mockup must be your own or come with a valid license to sell; you must show proof if asked.
- Copying someone else's file, or re-uploading a file bought here, means rejection and a strike. See the copy policy.
- List of prohibited subjects: Content Policy.
6. Review and rejection
- Our team checks every design, usually within 24–48 hours.
- Statuses: Draft → In review → Published / Rejected / Disabled.
- If a design is rejected, the reason and what to do are shown. You can fix it and submit it again. Exceptions: identity card/NID templates and copied work (final rejection).
- If you think a decision is wrong, appeal.
