How do I create an account?
Sign up with a Bangladeshi mobile number (01XXXXXXXXX) and a password of at least 8 characters. Keep one account per person — sharing accounts isn't allowed. Terms of Use →
Can I buy without an account?
Yes — guest checkout lets you buy a single design. Enter your mobile number and pay the exact price. Once our team verifies the payment, you'll get a private order link. Wallet & Payment Policy →
How long does a guest order link work?
For 7 days after approval, with up to 5 downloads. Anyone who has the link can download the file, so keep it private. Later, you can open an account with the same number right from the order link.
What can I do with the files I buy?
Under the print-shop license you can use them to print jobs for your customers. Reselling or sharing the files, or selling them under your own name, isn't allowed. Print-Shop License →
A file won't open. What should I do?
Tell us within 7 days of buying, with your order number or TrxID. If the file is broken or won't open in the software listed, you'll get a refund or a replacement. Refund Policy →
Can I get a refund if I don't like the design?
There are no refunds for a change of mind after downloading. But if the file is broken, differs noticeably from its description, or you were charged twice, you can get a refund or a replacement within 7 days. Refund Policy →
Where do I find the files I bought?
Log in and open 'My files'. Your purchases stay there for as long as you have your account.
How do I leave a review?
Only verified buyers can leave a review, one per design. Reviews can't contain links, phone numbers or ads. Only your first name is shown. Community Guidelines →
Designers
How do I become a designer?
Fill in the designer application form. Our team reviews your application and approves it. Apply as a designer →
How long until an uploaded design goes live?
Each design is usually reviewed within 24–48 hours. If it follows the rules, it's published; if not, we tell you why. Designer Guidelines →
Which designs can't be sold?
NID/ID card templates, pirated work, work stolen from others and any other prohibited content. Content Policy →
How do commission and payouts work?

Can I change my phone number or store URL?
A designer's phone number and store URL are locked and can only be changed with admin approval. Contact us if you need a change. Contact →
What if I disagree with a strike or a rejection?
Appeal within 7 days of hearing the decision. Include the layered source file, screenshots of your work and the licenses for any fonts or images. Complaints & Appeals →
What if someone copies my work?

Payments & downloads
How can I add money?
bKash, Nagad, Rocket (send the money to our number, then submit the TrxID and the sender's number). All available methods are listed on the wallet page. Wallet & Payment Policy →
What are the minimum and maximum deposits?
The minimum is ৳50. The maximum per deposit is ৳20,000 by mobile wallet and ৳100,000 by bank.
How long does a deposit take to reach my wallet?
Our team checks each deposit by hand, usually within a few hours. It isn't guaranteed to be instant. An automatic payment gateway is planned but not live yet.
Why was my deposit rejected?
Common reasons: the TrxID was already used or is wrong, the amount sent doesn't match, or the details couldn't be verified. Double-check your TrxID and amount, then contact us. Contact →
Can I get my wallet money back?
Yes — on request, unused balance is returned to the original payment method within 7 working days, minus any transfer fee. Promo or bonus credit isn't refundable. The wallet pays no interest, and balances can't be transferred. Refund Policy →
What's in a download?
One ZIP with the design file, LICENSE.txt and RECEIPT.txt. Every download is logged, and the file carries an invisible buyer mark.
Is there a download limit?
30 downloads per hour per account. Guest order links allow up to 5 downloads within 7 days. Automated bulk downloading isn't allowed.
Is my information safe?
Passwords are stored hashed, we don't keep NID numbers, and we never sell personal data. Designers can't see who their buyers are. Privacy Policy →
