You must accept these terms before you start selling as a designer. Contracting party: [business name], trade license [trade license no.], DBID [DBID no.]. Ticking "I agree to the terms" when you apply means you accept this page as well as the Designer Guidelines, Payout Policy and Content Policy.
1. Who can sell
- Any registered adult (18+) can apply at /designer/apply.
- To apply you need: a store name; a store URL / username (3–25 characters, English letters a–z and digits 0–9 only; no spaces, hyphens or other symbols; some words are reserved); a payout destination (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer); and your agreement to these terms.
- Once you are approved, your store URL and sign-in phone number are locked. To change them, use the request form in your profile; they will be changed if an admin approves.
- We may ask you to verify your identity. An admin checks your identity document outside the platform and adds an "Identity verified" badge to your profile. We do not store NID numbers.
- Sharing an account is not allowed. Each account belongs to one person only.
2. Commission and prices
- The platform commission is 30% by default (the designer receives 70%). An admin may change it for individual designers; if it is changed, you will be told in advance.
- You set the price: from ৳0 (free) to ৳5,000 per design.
- Commission applies to every sale, including guest-checkout sales. Free designs earn nothing.
- Your dashboard shows your sales, downloads, views, market trends and analytics.
3. Payouts (in brief)
The net earnings from a sale (after commission) are credited to your wallet once the buyer has paid. You can request a withdrawal once at least ৳500 has built up. Probation for new designers, holds, tax and the other rules are set out in detail on the Payout Policy page.
4. Review and publishing
- Our team checks every design, usually within 24–48 hours. Statuses: Draft → In review → Published / Rejected / Disabled.
- If a design is rejected, the reason and what to do are shown; you can fix it and submit it again. However, identity card/NID templates and copied work cannot be resubmitted once rejected.

4A. Guarantee of rights
- You guarantee that you own every design, font, image, vector and mockup you upload, or that you hold a valid license to sell them commercially.
- If we ask, you must show us proof of ownership or license (source files, font/image licenses).
- If a claim of copyright or other rights infringement is made, the designer will pay the platform's losses and costs (including legal costs). [lawyer to check]
- You agree that the Print-Shop License applies to the buyer of each of your sales.
4B. Duplicate/copy policy and strikes
The first uploader's rights come first. If it is genuinely your own work, you have nothing to fear; designs that are similar but original are acceptable.
- An exact copy of another designer's file, or a file carrying our hidden buyer mark (that is, a file bought here), is rejected at upload.
- If a design's internal document history matches another designer's file, the design is held for admin review.
- A slightly altered copy (only the colors or text changed) is rejected as a copy.

After an appeal, an admin may remove a strike. Apply with evidence within 7 days, following the rules on the Complaints & Appeals page.
5. The buyer's license and selling elsewhere
- Buyers receive the Print-Shop License: they may print for clients and edit; reselling or sharing is not allowed. The copyright stays with you.
- Every download is marked and logged, so that the source of a leak can be traced.
- You may sell your own original designs elsewhere, but it is better if the price/description given here is the same or lower. If you have an exclusive agreement, do not upload the design here. [lawyer to check]
- No file bought on this platform may be uploaded again or sold elsewhere.
6. Designer conduct
- Steering buyers towards contact or sales outside the platform is not allowed. Phone numbers, links, emails and social media IDs may not be put in titles, descriptions, tags or your profile (they are blocked automatically).
- Fake reviews, and buying your own designs to inflate sales, are prohibited; this is detected.
- You must respond to takedown or appeal requests within 7 days.
- Be courteous to other designers and to buyers; the Community Guidelines apply.
7. Copyright complaints (takedown)
If we receive a copyright complaint, we may temporarily disable the design while we examine it, and we will let you know. You may reply with evidence within 7 days. If you do not provide evidence, the design may be removed permanently; repeated infringement leads to account suspension. Details: Copyright Complaints.
8. Our right to take action
If you break these terms or our policies, we may remove designs, withhold payouts or suspend your account. If you disagree with a decision, appeal.
9. Closing your account
You can close your account by contacting support (Contact). It is closed once payouts are settled; any balance above the minimum threshold is paid out. The rules on keeping your data are in the Privacy Policy. If you have questions, see Help.
